FULL-TIME APPLICATION INTAKE SPECIALIST
Seeking qualified individual for the full-time position of Application Intake Specialist. Responsibilities include interviewing clients, communicating housing procedures to others, preparing specialized reports, data entry and file maintenance according to established procedure. Duties require strong verbal and computer skills, considerable public contact, and include data entry, spreadsheets, filing, and preparing forms. Must be self-motivated and multi-task oriented and willing to be a team member.
Must be an accredited high school graduate, with one to three years additional experience in office or business management, public service, social service or clerical and public contact work preferably dealing with low-income families. Must be able to follow instructions, to operate a variety of automated office machines, to record and transfer information and to explain procedures with proper format, punctuation, spelling and grammar. Must be bondable and have possession of a valid motor vehicle operator’s license. Must be insurable by Authority’s fleet insurance carrier. Hours worked: 7:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday. Salary: $27,512.
