The Housing Department handles all:

Applicant inquiries, including eligibility, applying for housing, and waiting list for housing.

Tenant's rental needs, including leases, income, understanding your rights and responsibilities as a tenant and providing convenient forms and documents.
Multi-Family/ Section 8 Housing
Our subsidized rental units are based on 30% of the household’s gross annual income. These units vary from zero bedroom to 4 bedroom units. Unit assignment is based on household composition.
NEGAHA determines rent based on:
1. Annual gross income for all members of the household;
2. Whether you qualify as elderly, a person with a disability, or as a family; and
3. U.S. citizenship or eligible immigration status.
